Who We Are & Why We Fight

Arizona’s fire districts are united under one mission: to protect life, property, and public safety across our state – no matter how remote the road, how fierce the wildfire, or how urgent the 911 call.

But today, we face a funding crisis that threatens everything we’ve built.

Led by the Professional Fire Fighters of Arizona (PFFA) and supported by fire districts from every corner of the state, our coalition formed to confront this crisis head-on. We are firefighters, paramedics, fire chiefs, board members, and public safety advocates who believe Arizonans deserve better—faster response times, properly equipped crews, and a system built for today’s emergency demands.
